In this role you will play a key role in the delivery of a highly effective Family Group Conference service as we work to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families. You will be responsible for;
Conducting Family Group Conferences and reviews within the service.
Working with the team on the development and implementation of Havering’s Family Group Conferencing Service.
About You
Experience
3 years experience of working with children and families in a health/education or social care
setting, or other relevant field.
Qualifications
A professional qualification in health, education, social care or related field.
Working conditions/circumstances
Work flexibly with families to hold Family Group Conferences. These meetings may
be held outside of usual working hours
Work flexibly from a variety of locations across the borough
Attend regular team meetings, contribute to the development of the service and the
use of data to improve outcomes for children
