About the Job

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Officer to join Adult Social Care.

The role will involve undertaking a full range of administrative duties and ensuring efficient administration processes are maintained with a flexible and positive approach in accordance with the service’s procedures to meet the needs of the business model.

The Business Support Officer will be responsible for the providing high level administrative support across Adult Social Care services and the various functionalities within the service. You will constantly look to raise the standards of support whilst providing a consistent solution focused approach to tasks. Business Support Officers work closely alongside colleagues and stakeholders ensuring that the frontline services have the right support to enable them to deliver a specialist service to residents in Havering.

This is an excellent opportunity to provide administrative support to an innovative service that supports individuals within the community.

About You

You will be able to bring transferable skills from an administrative background and enjoy working within a flexible team to achieve the desired outcome. You will be able to adapt your skills to update and maintain data input through various systems and utilising the tools available to you, such as Microsoft office.

You will deliver excellent customer service to both resident and stakeholders and be happy to work in various locations across the borough to deliver expectations. You will be organised and able to prioritise your workload in a multi matrix environment

This role will enable you to develop further your current skill base while continuing to learn and develop new skills.
