To respond to Careline and Telecare alarm calls by attending the location of the alarm and resolving the incident or issue, working on a rota operating on a 24/7 365 day per year basis and operating in accordance with the relevant Telecare Services Association (TSA) Code of Practice standards and local policies and procedures.

To participate in the growth of the service through responding to enquiries and liaising with customers including demonstrating equipment, providing training to service users and attending events and meetings to raise awareness of the service
