About the role

As Programme Manager, you will lead and manage multiple projects within the Highways, Traffic & Parking team according to time and budget. You will commission and oversee multiple project streams delivering the Council’s ambitious transformation and Highways strategy as well as providing support to and fostering a business change culture.

About you

You will have a proven track record of strategic and operational programme planning, implementation, and successful delivery of complex projects and programmes. You’ll bring your experience of managing multi-million-pound budgets with the ability to balance budgets against conflicting priorities. With your programme management expertise, we can realise our ambitions to be the most resident-focused borough in London.

In addition to the technical requirements of this role you will be a great team player, able to build relationships and trust, take responsibility and have an attitude that’s consistent with our progressive, hardworking and collaborative team.
